The Town of Milford has an immediate opening for a full-time Finance Clerk-Cashier. This is a highly visible position involving daily interaction with the public for cash receipting, responding to inquiries and requests, and issuing of a variety of licenses and permits, including motor vehicle registrations. This position also received and verifies payments for real estate taxes and sewer billings. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be detail orientated, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least two years of relevant work experience as a cashier or bookkeeper, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
